What You Will Experience:

🍇 The Mindful Opening Start with a short Qigong or guided breathing practice to awaken your senses and anchor yourself in the present moment.

Guided Mindful Tasting Discover 3 to 5 carefully selected wines from Sauternes and the surrounding region. You will explore color, aromas, texture, and flavors with a new level of awareness — without pressure or judgment.

Local Pairings Enjoy thoughtful pairings with regional products: artisan cheeses, fresh bread, seasonal fruits, or fine chocolate.

Cultural Connection Relaxed conversation about the wines, the terroir, and the French art de vivre — all in a peaceful setting.
